Marilyn Morris is a personal branding coach, image and etiquette consultant, and motivational speaker based in Pretoria, South Africa. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Marilyn has served international leaders, including former President Nelson Mandela, and held significant roles in the military and diplomatic sectors. Her journey from a military nurse to a VIP Flight Attendant for South Africa’ s top dignitaries, and later as a South African diplomat in Hong Kong, has equipped her with unique insights into cultivating a commanding personal presence.

Today, Marilyn uses her rich life experiences and expertise to empower women at all levels—from emerging leaders to seasoned executives. She helps them unlock their potential, enhance their personal brands, and cultivate a powerful presence. Through her tailored coaching programs, workshops, and speaking engagements, she inspires her clients to embrace their unique strengths, develop confidence, and embodies the image of who they want to become as ambassadors of their own brand values and their organisations.

Zunette Lubbe

Zunette is a qualified attorney, conveyancer, and notary who made the bold decision to pursue a long-held passion for image consulting and etiquette coaching.

After a successful career in law, she transitioned into the world of personal branding and social graces, dedicating the last 12 years to helping individuals enhance their presence and confidence.

As a certified Etiquette Coach and Image Consultant, with a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of both the legal and personal development fields, Zunette’s vision is to use Etiquette as a tool to break down barriers and to build a world that has courtesy, kindness, respect, and consideration as its guiding principles, aiming to empower others through the principles of poise, professionalism, and etiquette.

Zunette is a member of South Africa Council For Business Woman, member of Style Sorority. She also serves on the Board of IPIA (International Professional Image Association) as well as the board of Helderberg Sunrise Rotary Club where she steers the Empowering Woman project.

Alette Winckler

Aletté Winckler is a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur, international speaker, and best-selling author, with over 200,000 books sold worldwide. Renowned as a leading image consultant, Aletté has transformed countless lives through her innovative style and confidence-building approach. She revived SA Image Academy International and is the visionary creator of the revolutionary Pocket Stylist App, a groundbreaking tool that simplifies personal styling and colour analysis.

Beyond her work in Image Consulting, Aletté is the creator of the Palette CollectiW & Co., a clothing range designed to empower women through timeless, versatile styles. She is also the driving force behind The Confidence Co. and The Confidence Foundation, organisations dedicated to inspiring women and girls. She has equipped thousands of girls with the tools they need to thrive through initiatives like Girl-School, Girl-Smart, Girl-Smarter, and Girl-Savvy.

Aletté’s mission is clear: to help women around the world embrace their unique beauty, boost their confidence, and live with purpose and authenticity. She is married to singer/Pastor Heinz Winckler and is the mother of four charming children. They are blessed in Somerset West.

Jacqui Shawe is a dynamic educationalist, image consultant, makeup artist, and life coach with a passion for empowering women. Since 2017, she has been running her own successful business, blending her expertise in personal transformation with a deep commitment to helping women unlock their full potential. As a devout Christian, Jacqui’s faith guides her work, allowing her to serve with compassion and purpose.

Alongside her professional endeavors, Jacqui is a proud wife, mother of three, and grandmother of two, finding balance and strength in both her personal and professional lives. Whether she’s coaching clients on confidence, guiding them through style and image makeovers, or providing makeup artistry services, Jacqui’s approach is rooted in a desire to inspire lasting change. Her work is about more than just external appearance—it’s about helping women rediscover their inner strength, purpose, and beauty.

Lauren Maina

Lauren Maina is an accomplished business development and brand identity expert with over 12 years of experience driving innovation and growth across the Technology, FMCG, and Financial sectors. As the visionary founder and Managing Director of Finwit Ltd, a Martech company started in Kenya and serving the African continent, Lauren has made her mark as a leader in leveraging technology and innovation to craft powerful brands that resonate deeply with their audiences. Her expertise spans strategic planning, innovative thinking, product development, value proposition creation, and impactful marketing.

Lauren has had the privilege of working with both local and international brands, from dynamic startups to global giants, helping to transform fledgling ideas into industry-leading ventures. Her ability to build brands from scratch, coupled with her deep understanding of market dynamics, has made her a sought-after strategist for organizations looking to create sustainable growth and meaningful market differentiation. In roles such as Head of Financial Institutions at Copia and Regional Business Development Manager at GRG Banking Equipment, Lauren has showcased her capacity to lead cross-functional teams, forge high-value partnerships, and execute strategies that drive measurable results.

Lauren is also in the process of launching Emarika, an innovative initiative designed to revolutionize the Personal and Professional Image Consultancy industry in Kenya. Emarika aims to provide transformative, accessible solutions that empower professionals and businesses to elevate their image and thrive in competitive marketplaces using artificial Intelligence.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren is a dedicated philanthropist, actively supporting children’s homes across Kenya. Her life was profoundly changed after surviving two grizzly road accidents, which instilled in her a renewed appreciation for life, her faith in God and a deep sense of purpose. Motivated by this experience, she is a vocal advocate for road safety and support for accident victims. Currently, she is developing a groundbreaking ecosystem to ensure timely emergency aid for road accident victims, addressing a critical need for on-the-go support and care. 

Through her entrepreneurial ventures, philanthropic efforts, and unwavering dedication to innovation, Lauren continues to leave an indelible mark on the industries and communities she touches.
